At LeanEdge, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
✅ Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
✅ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
To start a return:
1️⃣ Contact us at support@leanedge.store with your order number and reason for return.
2️⃣ We’ll provide return instructions and a return address.
3️⃣ Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
✔️ You’ll receive an email confirmation.
✔️ If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
✔️ If your return is rejected (due to item condition), we will notify you.
Late or Missing Refunds?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank or payment provider. If there’s still an issue, contact us at support@leanedge.store.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are damaged or defective upon arrival. Contact us at support@leanedge.store with a photo of the item, and we’ll arrange a replacement.
Non-Returnable Items
⛔ Opened or used products.
⛔ Perishable or consumable items.
⛔ Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, we cannot make changes as orders are processed quickly.
