At Leanedgestore, we want every purchase to feel effortless and satisfying. If your order isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.


Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • We currently do not process direct exchanges. If you’d like another item, please return your product for a refund and place a new order.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Intimates and undergarments

  • Earrings and personal jewelry

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@leanedge.store We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@leanedge.store with your order number.

  2. Our team will guide you through the return authorization process.

  3. Securely package your item and ship it back using the provided instructions.
